Are you going to work with Simjo with more than 50 users? Then you can upgrade to the Enterprise subscription. Contact us via the contact form and you will receive further information from us.

Can I downgrade or change plans at any time?

You can change version at any time. Contact us via the contact form and we will process your request as soon as possible. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

Can I change my subscription later?

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You have access to Simjo until the end of your subscription. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

How does the free subscription for students work?

If you study at an educational institution, you can use Simjo’s Professional subscription free of charge. This offer is valid as long as you are registered and the use of Simjo is not for commercial purposes.

How can I request the free plan for students?

Contact us via the contact form and you will receive further information from us about which data we need from you. It is important that you have proof of enrollment at the educational institution.

How long can I use the free subscription for students?

You can use the free plan for students as long as you are enrolled at the educational institution. We ask for proof of this. If you cannot provide proof of registration or if you want to make commercial use of Simjo, the right to free use will lapse. You can then use Simjo for a fee.

What happens to my account when I finish studying?

You can choose to leave your payment details and use a paid subscription from Simjo. If you do not want this, your account will be terminated.

Subscriptions and prices

What subscriptions are there and what are the costs?

On the prices page you will find an overview of the available subscriptions.

Are there additional costs for using Simjo?

No, there are no additional costs for using Simjo. You only pay the subscription costs.

How long does my subscription run?

You can choose a subscription per quarter or per year. If you opt for an annual subscription, you will receive a discount on the subscription price.

How long are the subscription prices valid?

The subscription price is valid for the duration of your subscription. When you renew, you will pay the current subscription price. You can always find these on the prices page. We will notify you when your subscription price changes.

Payment and Billing

Am I tied to a subscription?

No. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You have access to Simjo until the end of your subscription. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Yes. Your subscription will be automatically renewed for the same period upon expiry. A subscription per quarter is therefore extended by 1 quarter and an annual subscription is extended by 1 year.

What payment methods are there?

You will receive an invoice from us once a month. The payment term is 30 days. You can pay the invoice in the way you prefer.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes. Subscription costs are charged once a month. If you opt for an annual subscription, you will receive a discount on the subscription costs.

Is my data safe with you?

Yes, the security of your data is our top priority. With Simjo you work safely in the cloud and we naturally comply with the AVG / GDPR legislation.

Which browser can I use best for Simjo?

Simjo is optimized for use with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

Can I use Simjo on a mobile device?

Yes. You can use Simjo on a mobile device such as a mobile phone or tablet. However, Simjo is optimized for use on a computer or laptop, so our recommendation is to use Simjo on these devices.

What if I want to access a project with more users?

The Professional version is limited to 1 user per project. If you want to collaborate with more users on a project, you can upgrade to the Business version. Please contact us via the contact form and we will process your request as soon as possible.

How can I access more than 5 projects?

The Professional version is limited to 5 projects per user. If you want to create more projects, you can upgrade to the Business version. Please contact us via the contact form and we will process your request as soon as possible.
